Stewardship
Accountability for hbar.science.
Current Stewardship
hbar.science is currently stewarded by its founder and close collaborators.
hbar.science does not operate as a peer-review authority, editorial board, or certifying body.
About the Steward
hbar is a Ph.D. student specializing in quantum computation and optimization, with research interests spanning variational quantum algorithms, optimization methods, regularization, machine-learning–adjacent theory, and computational systems. He conducts research within a European research institute.
Alongside academic research, hbar is the engineer and architect of hbar.systems — a modular ecosystem for building AI-native, artifact-first platforms across science, art, music, and technical systems.
This dual focus reflects an approach that treats scientific inquiry not only as a theoretical activity, but as an engineering discipline: one that requires careful system design, explicit epistemic boundaries, and reproducible computational artifacts.
hbar.science is stewarded independently and is not operated on behalf of any institution or research group.

Responsibilities
Stewardship responsibilities include:
- •Curation decisions for artifact inclusion
- •Maintaining correction logs and revision transparency
- •Epistemic consistency of the classification framework (Zone, Rigor Tier, AI Level)
- •Documentation standards and methodological clarity
